The Services governed by this Privacy Policy are generally not intended for use by children, therefore the Website and App will not knowingly collect data from or about children. In cases where channels available through our website or app are directed to children, we collect only a limited amount of Personal Information from those channels, as permitted by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and other global laws directed at the protection of children's data.

We use websites in social networks to communicate with customers, interested parties and active users active and to be able to inform them about us. We may use Page Insights to anonymously measure reach, page views, time spent on video, actions (likes, comments, sharing), age, gender and location(as provided by users in their respective Face-book or Instagram profiles). Settings can be made for the evaluation of the reach or appropriate filters can be set with regard to the selection of a time period, the viewing of a specific post and the demographic groupings (e.g. female, 20-30 years old). This data is anonymized, aggregated and abstracted. These settings therefore do not allow us to draw conclusions about individuals. The evaluation is used to optimize the offer on the Facebook and Instagram pages for public relations purposes.

In addition, it is possible for you to interact with us via our account. For example, by marking posts with "Like", sharing or commenting on them or by writing to us directly. In these cases, we will inevitably process your data, since you will make your account visible to us and you will provide us with personal data. 7. International data transfer

8. Storage duration

Your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary for the purposes of the data processing described in this data privacy statement. When your personal data is no longer needed for these purposes as described, it will be deleted from our systems and records, or anonymized completely so that it can no longer be used to identify you.

Your personal data will not be deleted or completely anonymized if, and for as long as, we need to retain the data in order to comply with our legal and official obligations, e.g. statutory retention obligations, which may result from the German Commercial Code (HGB) or Fiscal Code (AO), among others, stipulating retention periods of 6 to 10 years, or if we provide data for purposes of safeguarding of proof within the period of limitation, which is usually 3 years, but may be up to 30 years in individual cases.
